CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Buyers are responsible for BOTH return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All our items are MADE-TO-ORDER. Each brand has their own sizing system (ie. our size M might not the the same as others' size M). So please choose your size carefully and read the item descriptions before placing your order. We have a size chart along with a detailed description of the item included in every listing. If you have questions, please message us. We're more than happy to help you. 

International shipping costs might be high so having an item returned/exchanged is a long and costly process for yourself as a buyer. Please carefully note all return/exchange shipping costs are responsible by the buyer, which means both ways. We gladly accept returns/exchanges, but will review on each particular case and find the best solution that works for both sides. Please note there is a 20% re-stocking fee. 

Type of such quality work takes time, so please take it into consideration and give yourself plenty of planning time before ordering. Your item will be shipped by registered mail as soon as we finish producing it and we will certainly send you an additional e-mail to inform you that your item is ready and that it was shipped with a tracking code.
