Each candle is hand-made so they may have slight imperfections and color variations.

Taper candles should be placed in normal taper candle holders that support the candle. We do not recommend to place these candles on candle holders with a spike! Spike candle holders can crack/break the candle. If you still decide to use a spike candle holder at your own risk we recommend you heat up the spike prior. We are not responsible for cracked candles if you (the buyer) decides to use spiked candle holders.

PLEASE NOTE: 
This candle is designed to be decorative, however, if you choose to light it please read our care guide included and only burn on a heat- resistant candle tray to catch wax or it will make a mess. Each candle may have their own burning experience due to their unique shape.

DISCLAIMER:
Each candle is hand-made and made to order in small batches, so they may have slight perfect imperfections and slight color variations. Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax, therefore frosting may develop over time on the dark candle colors such as black which does not affect the overall use.

WARNING:
Never leave a burning candle unattended and do not leave burning candles near anything flammable. Trim the wicks and burn on an even heat resistant surface.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped out. 
If there is an issue with your product due to mishandling by a carrier please contact us and we will be happy to help. Provide proof of the mishandling and we will open a case. Once a package has been marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
