Our formulation of the ceramic clay has quite high quality which is thanks to our 20 years expeirence in ceramic industry. It consists feldspar, quartz, kaolinite, sodium silicate
Before we start production, we deeply work on desing and modelling. Our production processes are as follows; steps are moulding, retouching, pre-drying, retouching, biscuit firing at 1000-1050 ֯C (in order to have homogeneus color structure), color selection, primer and glazing with dipping method, oven drying at 1100 ֯C.
After our final quality check, our products are becoming ready to give a magical touch to your places.
All products are handmade and unique which are not identical with eachother. Please note that, colors and sizes may be slightly different.
