Please report any damage or shortage claims no later than 3 days from receipt of order.

Notice of loss or damage MUST BE given to the carrier company immediately (or we can't claim and offer a refund). The faster an issue is reported the faster it can be solved on our end. Please also take photos of the damaged items.

You must immediately present the article, mailing container,wrapping, packaging, and any other contents to a Post Office for inspection. The Post Office will verify the damage and give you a Form, Receipt for Article(s) Damaged for your files.
