Each plate will be  packaged with care, and insured. Shop with confidence that if anything is damaged in transit, it will be replaced.


I sell my plates by SIZE, and each listing has the size of the plates offered. 
When shopping for plates, each component of a typical 5 piece place setting has a specific name, so it is good to know their 'names' and their many uses:

"Dinner Plates" are used to serve entrees, and also used as serving platters. They measure from 9" to 11" in diameter

"Luncheon Plates" are used to serve breakfast, lunch, sandwich, snacks and desserts. They measure from 9" to 10.5" in diameter

"Salad Plates" are used for salads, tea parties, finger foods and hors d'oeuvres. They measure from 7" to 8.5" in diameter

"Dessert Plates" are used for cake, pies, desserts, tea parties. They measure from 7" to 8.5" in diameter

"Bread and Butter Plates" are used to serve bread, toast, finger foods, desserts, tea parties. They measure from 5" to 7" in diameter

"Bowls" are used to serve ice cream, fruit salad, soup, petite salads. They measure from 4" to 8" in diameter.
