USA CUSTOMERS ONLY:
Orders to the USA are shipped by courier and have tracking. When we dispatch your order you will receive a shipping notification from Etsy with an estimated delivery date and a tracking number.
CUSTOMERS IN IRELAND:
We are unable to send orders containing perfumes to Ireland, Irish Customs keep on returning the orders to us. We have checked with them and they are a restricted product so are rejected by customs. We can still send incense which has no restrictions.
CUSTOMERS TO OTHER COUNTRIES:
We send our orders with Royal Mail on their Standard International Post service, which does not have tracking so we are unable to find out where an order is during its journey.
If you would like tracking, please choose the option when checking out. There is an average estimated delivery shown when orders are dispatched, but sometimes there are delays, especially at customs which means that some orders can be delayed for up to 10 days after the estimated date. If you don't receive your order in time, please feel free to let us know, but be aware that we are unable to either find out what happened to your order, or to take any action until the time has passed. Only then would we be able to contact Royal Mail for them to open an investigation into the delayed/missing items. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
