This is our Smoky Mountain Bow Knife in hand-selected Ambrosia Maple. Cuts all bread (hot from the oven or crusty loaves) cheese, vegetables, fruits, perfect cuts of smoked meats, roasts, brisket, bagels, etc.
Solid Ambrosia Maple handle with U.S. stainless steel blade, set with stainless steel screws.

All our knives are 100% lifetime guaranteed to never dull or rust. We have guaranteed every knife we have made for the last 25 years.

The total knife length is approximately 16.5 inches, and the width at the widest point is 2 inches. Blades have a cutting length of 9 inches with an approximate cutting width of 1.5 inches. All knives come with an attached leather hanging cord and a black reusable blade cover.

No stains are used on any of my knives. The only things I use are food-grade oils and natural wax to seal the wood. I highly recommend my knives for cutting everything you cut in the kitchen (not just bread) but they are not meant for cutting raw meats, frozen food, or bones.

**This is Ambrosia Maple, which can range from a tan/white with lots of natural variations to tan with blotchy grains to almost a solid white. Each one will vary, and no two will look alike. I only ship out the best I have but can't guarantee one will have more natural grain than another. If you have a special request for certain wood grain, please reach out. Most of the time, I can accommodate special requests.**

Always use with caution, handwash, and put the blade protector back on from the dull side after washing. Wipe down with food-safe mineral oil about once a month.
(Every knife comes with full care instructions)

** Cutting boards in the pictures do not come with the knife.
